In the dazzling city of Las Vegas, aside from casinos and shows, another must-see keyword is — Gordon Ramsay.

This British “Hell’s Kitchen” chef owns several restaurants on the Strip, from the highly sought-after Hell’s Kitchen to Gordon Ramsay Burger, and the top-tier steakhouse Gordon Ramsay Steak.
But if you’re like me, with a tight schedule and limited budget, yet eager to taste the culinary skills of a famous chef, then Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips, located in The Linq Promenade pedestrian area, is definitely the most accessible ticket.
Travelers looking to experience Gordon’s fame on a budget (under $30), who prefer bold-flavored British fried food and quick dining.
Tourist hotspots are crowded, with very few indoor seats (less than 10). It’s recommended to avoid peak hours or opt for takeout (Grab & Go).
Expertly fried, crispy and not greasy, the fried lobster and the calorie bomb “Dirty Fries #3” are highly recommended. Offers excellent value for money considering the prices on the Strip.
Be sure to check your order on the spot to avoid missing items! If the wait exceeds 30 minutes, consider heading to In-N-Out instead, so you don’t waste your travel time waiting for fried food.

Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips Location and Atmosphere
Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips is easy to find, located near The Linq Ferris Wheel.

The exterior is extremely eye-catching, with a giant ‘Union Jack Fish’ sign hanging high, exuding a strong British punk vibe, making it stand out on the streets of Las Vegas.
‘Very Few Seats’ is a major drawback here.
The interior space is very cramped, with possibly fewer than 10 seats, essentially a fast-food joint focused on “Grab & Go”.

Seeing the bustling crowd inside the store, we decided to take out (as we still had to drive to Page Town that day, which would take at least another 4-5 hours).
Menu and Prices: “Affordable” cuisine in the City of Sin?
The menu here is very straightforward: Everything is Deep Fried.
From fried fish, fried lobster, fried shrimp, fried chicken, to even fried sausage, all paired with their signature chips.
We ordered the following meals:

- Lobster & Shrimp Combo: $24.99 USD
- Dirty #3 (upgraded fries): Additional $3.00 USD
- Fish 1 Pc (single fried fish): $3.99 USD
The total bill was about $31.41 USD.
Considering Las Vegas restaurant prices often start at $50-$100, this is indeed an “affordable” option, but for a fast-food joint, it is indeed a “premium price.”
Taste Experience: Does the celebrity chef’s aura still shine?
In a hurry to reach our next destination, we took the meals back to the car to eat.

This experience of holding the steering wheel and munching on fried snacks during a long road trip is filled with a delightful American romance. As soon as Xiao Ding brings the fried snacks into the car, it’s filled with a wonderful aroma.
Exceptional frying skills: Crispy and non-greasy
Kudos to Gordon’s team, even though it’s fast food served in large quantities, the frying skills are impeccable.

The golden color of the batter is beautiful, and biting into it gives a crisp “crunch” sound, with no greasy taste, and it doesn’t leave your hands oily. This truly showcases their commitment to handling ingredients.
Fried Lobster: Luxurious texture
The fried lobster has a bouncy texture, locking in the sweetness of the seafood.
Paired with tartar sauce or the store’s special spicy mayonnaise, the flavors are richly layered.
Although it’s a bit extravagant to fry it, it’s undeniably delicious.
Dirty Fries #3: The ultimate indulgence of a calorie bomb
We upgraded our fries to the Dirty #3 flavor, which is definitely a cheese lover’s favorite!
The toppings include: crispy bacon, rich cheddar cheese, and the soul of the dish, sour cream.
It’s essentially bringing the concept of a classic American restaurant’s “Loaded Potato” to the fries.
The sourness of the sour cream perfectly balances the greasiness of the cheese and bacon. Although it’s high in calories, each bite is so rich that you can’t stop.

Overall, the food is delicious, but to be honest, it’s ultimately “tasty fried food”. If you’re expecting a mind-blowing flavor explosion, you might feel it’s just a super deluxe version of fried chicken XD
Warning: Be sure to “check your order on the spot”
This was my most painful lesson this time, so everyone, please take note.
We clearly ordered a fried fish (1 Fish, $3.99), and it was clearly listed on the receipt and charged.
But because there were too many people and the staff was too busy, we didn’t check the bag on the spot. After driving for a while, we realized we never got the fish QQ
Lesson: In high-traffic tourist area fast-food restaurants in the U.S., the frequency of missed orders is higher than you might think. After receiving your order, be sure to stand by the counter and “open and check” to ensure everything is correct before leaving.
Conclusion: Is it worth the wait?

Recommendation Rating: ★★★★☆ (3.8/5)
Suitable for: Those who haven’t tried a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, want a “relatively affordable” meal on the Las Vegas Strip, or love British fish and chips.
Suggested Strategy:
- Avoid Queues During Peak Hours: If the line takes more than 30 minutes, I suggest skipping it; it’s not worth the wait for fried food.
- Takeout is the Best Choice: The store is too crowded, so it’s better to take it back to the hotel or eat it in the car like we did.
- Check Your Order: Never rely on the staff’s memory.
This is a place for a ‘novelty’ experience, where you enjoy the fame and atmosphere.
If I have to wait this long again next time, I might choose to eat at In-N-Out.
